1. Setup of experiment # 15

This is the fourth test run between 2 CFL's: for the first time a "made in Germany" Osram Intelligent Longlife 18W CFL (1140 lm) goes into to the battle. This lamp is rated a whooping 500000 (half a million) switching withstand and 20000 hours "standard" lifetime (with 2.7h per day switched ON). The second contender is the now classical OSRAM Duluxstar, 21W, 1230 lm, 20000 switching withstand and 10000 hours "standard" lifetime.
