Dr.Ing. Siegfried Rotthäuser from Germany
found the solution to circumvent the EU ban on incandescent bulbs: sell them
as heating devices!
Heating efficiency is 95%, so a heatball should be rated class A, and as a
side effect gives plentiful luminous flow as well!
